Lean is an operational model that all enterprises are pursuing; Lean is the key to maintaining the vitality and long-term survival of enterprises. Faced with the increasingly complex customer demands and rising operating costs, the company held the "2019 Lean Management CLM Project Launch Conference" at 9:00 am on February 18, 2019 to enhance its market competitiveness and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise in the future. More than 200 people, including the chairman, general manager, deputy general manager, directors of various centers, department heads, and all employees of the company, attended the kick-off meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zhang, the chairman of the company and the chairman of the Lean Management CLM project, gave a speech on Lean Management. Immediately afterwards, General Manager Zhu Feng announced the appointment decision of the Lean CLM project team. The project team members signed on the back wall as a souvenir, and the Chairman issued appointment letters to the members of the Promotion Office, the leader of the Pillar Group, and the leader of the Work Group for a group photo.

After the appointment letter was issued, Zhu Feng, the general manager of the company and director of the project promotion office, led the CLM project team members to make a solemn oath. I firmly believe that I am an excellent employee! It is my responsibility to steadfastly promote CLM! It is my responsibility to strictly implement the decision of the Promotion Office! My aspiration is to fully implement a lean management system! I believe in myself, I have potential! I can create miracles, only I can! I can do it, I want to do it, I can do it, I will definitely do it! The resounding and resolute oath echoed in the venue, demonstrating everyone's high fighting spirit for lean production!

Subsequently, under the leadership of Guo Dali, the Director of Operations and Deputy Director of the Promotion Office of the company, the General Manager signed the "2019 Lean Management CLM Promotion Target Responsibility Agreement" with members of the Promotion Office, leaders of various pillar groups, and work group leaders. The continued implementation of the CLM project work was assigned to all members, striving to achieve the company's 2019 business goals and ensure the company's "sustained, stable, and healthy development".

Finally, the representative of frontline employees, Zhou Hongxi, spoke up. As an old employee of Bayi, Zhou Hongxi shared everyone's thoughts on lean production. In his speech, he expressed the practical cooperation with lean management to promote project team work and conveyed the determination and confidence of all employees in promoting lean management. Finally, Zhou Hongxi's words "Do you all have confidence?" and "Yes!" further demonstrate the employees' drive and enthusiasm.

As a mentor for the Lean Management (CLM) project, Li Jianpu gave a concluding speech on our company's lean management guidance work. Li hopes that during the project implementation process, all members will truly put lean management in their hearts, participate in all aspects of lean management, and strive to achieve results as soon as possible.

The entire launch event lasted nearly an hour, tense and enthusiastic. Under the leadership of General Manager Zhu Feng, all employees of the company made a resolute statement, "Never forget our original intention, pick up our spirits, work hard, and create brilliance again. For all employees, this is not only a commitment but also a responsibility. I believe that with everyone's commitment and the management and supervision of the project team leader, the lean management project of Bayi Company will be successfully implemented.

Lean management is a systematic project and a long-term commitment. Passion alone is not enough. We must start from ourselves, make comprehensive improvements, and ultimately achieve the goal of "sustained, stable, and healthy development".
