Recently, the Changzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a notice on the evaluation of the tenth batch of "Changzhou Labor Security Integrity Demonstration Enterprises" and the eleventh batch of "Changzhou Labor Security Integrity Enterprises" (Ordinary People's Social Development [2020] No. 51), and Changzhou Bayi Cable Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title of "Labor Security Integrity Demonstration Enterprise".

The 18th and 19th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China have successively put forward clear requirements for building harmonious labor relations. In order to implement the national and provincial implementation opinions on building harmonious labor relations, deepen the creation of harmonious labor relations activities, strengthen corporate social responsibility, establish a social image of lawful employment and honest operation, promote harmonious and stable labor relations and healthy development of enterprises. According to the Notice on Carrying out the "Three in One" Creation Activities of "Social Responsibility Standard Enterprises, Advanced Enterprises in Harmonious Labor Relations, and Labor Security Integrity (Demonstration) Enterprises" (Chang Xie Labor Office [2012] No. 1) issued by the Xinbei District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the "Trial Measures for Evaluation and Management of Labor Security Integrity Enterprises in Changzhou City", the company actively participated in the application. After comprehensive evaluation by the human resources and social security department and approval by the Changzhou Labor Security Integrity Enterprise Evaluation Leading Group, Changzhou Bayi Cable Co., Ltd. was rated as the tenth batch of "Changzhou Labor Security Integrity Demonstration Enterprises".
